Every year in February and October Helmi organizes the Caribbean Cooking Holiday; weeklong journey where cooking, eating and exploring are key. The program is filled with cooking classes, culinary hotspots, plantation visits and experiencing island life off the beaten track. The cooking holiday is also available for foodies living on the island.
