Caribbean chef


Every month Caribbean Chef Helmi Smeulders visits a different plantation to create more awareness for our local farmers and their beautiful fresh produce. During the Dinner in the Field event, tables and chairs are set up in the field while Helmi cooks with whatever is available from the land. After a welcome drink and a plantation tour, you’ll enjoy a 4-course family-style dinner and matching wines.
