A secret Caribbean dining event on Curaçao
Twice a year the Caribbean chef opens the doors of her famous pop-up restaurant. The location of the restaurant is a secret until a few hours before the dinner. Each location has been truly remarkable; sometimes slightly off the beaten track, and always wonderfully surprising.
The old mining company, an abandoned church and an idyllic fisherman’s cottage were some of the venues of former editions. The food steals the show, the wine is a beautiful companion and the evening even mythical at times.
