The second edition of this new Caribbean food & lifestyle magazine contains more than 40 recipes accompanied by stunning photography, all from the hand of chef Helmi Smeulders and with her well-known dash of Caribbean vibes. There are dishes for a delicious summer picnic, a BBQ on the beach and the tastiest “bites” for a lazy summer day. We also went to our neighboring island Bonaire for a reportage about the Semper Kontentu goat farm and shook cocktails with the bartenders of the Curaçao Culinary Team.
